Can I cancel or edit an order after it's been placed?

We try to fulfill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to adjust or cancel a shipment. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed: If you have received a confirmation email with an order number, we are unable to cancel that order.

If you have a Flex Disc subscription, you can pause, cancel, or customize your subscription starting 15 business days after placing your first order. This allows time for shipping and for you to try the disc out. 

You will receive an email reminder three (3) days before your next order is scheduled to process in case you need to make any changes.

Changes or cancellations requested via email to hello@flexfits.com take 1-2 business days to process, so make sure you contact us a few business days before your order is scheduled to process if you'd like us to make changes for you.
