How do I change or customize my Flex Disc subscription plan?

Not getting enough Flex Discs for your flow? Receiving too many? No worries! You can easily customize your Flex Disc plan by logging into your online account. You can change the quantity of discs you are receiving and/or the frequency at which you are receiving them. 

Our three quantity options are:

  • 8 discs 

  • 16 discs 

  • 24 discs 

Our three frequency options are: 

  • Ships every 1 month

  • Ships every 2 months

  • Ships every 3 months

To change your disc quantity and shipping frequency follow these steps:

  1. Log into your online account

  2. Click "Membership Details"

  3. Click “Edit” next to the Frequency section or the Disc quantity, depending on what you'd like to adjust

  4. On the window that pops up, you'll see your current selection and the other options available

  5. Once selected, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to change your plan; click 'Confirm' and you're all set!
