How do you use Flex Eco Disposal Pouches?

Flex Eco Disposal Pouches are incredibly easy to use. Here’s how they work:

1. Take out a disposal pouch and place on a clean surface (like your knee) 

2. Remove your period product as usual

3. If you were using a menstrual disc, empty out the fluid in the toilet

4. Place the used period product inside the disposal pouch

5. Remove the adhesive strip and seal off the disposal pouch

6. Place the pouch in a wastebin (do not flush)
