Is Flex Plant+ Disc biodegradable? How to dispose

While Flex Plant+ Disc is made with a more sustainable, plant-based polymer, it is not a biodegradable or compostable product. Do not flush or recycle Flex Plant+ Disc.

To dispose, simply place your used disc in its wrapper (if you saved it), in a Flex Eco Disposal Pouch, or wrap it in some toilet paper and place it in a regular wastebin. If preferred, you can rinse your disc before disposing. Some of our disc users prefer to remove and rinse their disc in the shower for easier cleanup.

Please note that Flex Plant+ Disc is a single-use product. It cannot be washed and reworn. After 12 hours of wear, you must remove your disc, dispose of it, and insert a new one.

Although disposable, Flex Plant+ Discs produce over 60% less waste than traditional period products.
