Need to update the payment info on file for your Flex Disc or Flex Plant+ Disc subscription? No worries. Here’s how:
Log into your online account
Scroll down to the 'Shipping & Billing' section and click the 'Edit' button next to your current payment method
A new tab will open and you'll be asked to log in again (for security)
At the top of the screen, look for SUBSCRIPTIONS
Click on that menu and select BILLING INFORMATION
Click the arrow next to the 'Card on File' and proceed with editing your card information.
Note: If you've selected PayPal as your payment method, you can edit your PayPal payment settings by logging into your PayPal account. If you'd like to switch your payment method from PayPal to a credit or debit card, click on the arrow at the right side of the 'PayPal Account' box.
If you've recently moved, don't forget to update your Billing Address in addition to your card or other payment information.
