Which side faces up when inserting Flex Disc?

When you remove your Flex Disc from its wrapper, you want to hold it so that the clear part (called the catch) is falling away from the black flexible rim, creating a bowl shape. 

Still confused? Look for where the clear plastic catch attaches to the rim. Hold the disc so that this side of the rim is facing the floor.
