No! Menstrual discs, including Flex Disc, Flex Plant+ Disc, and Flex Reusable Disc, will not cause period blood to go back up into the uterus—even during sex, intense workouts, yoga, swimming, etc. Period products have not been associated with retrograde menstruation.
