NOT ALL PERIOD PRODUCTS ARE CREATED EQUAL

Considering the switch from tampons? Period innovation is here to give you freedom.

Flex Disc sits somewhere different

Flex menstrual disc insertion diagram

Unlike other period products that sit in the vaginal canal, Flex Disc sits in the vaginal fornix. Plus, Flex Disc collects fluid rather than absorbing it like a tampon.

HOW IT WORKS

PINCH

Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.

INSERT

Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.

WEAR

Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.

REMOVE

To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.

    10/10

These have changed my life. I felt like I had tried everything, including a cup and I was seriously contemplating sleeping in adult diapers because I was so uncomfortable sleeping during my period and then my sister told me about these. My first couple days I have to wear a panty liner with them (which is fine) but then the rest of my period I completely forget about it. I could never go back to tampons or pads.

Better than tampons. Alleviates cramps. I completely forget I’m wearing it sometimes!

I forgot I had my period

The disc takes a few wears to get used to, but once I did I forgot I even had my period. Way less cramps than when I wear tampons, and it lasts so much longer. I feel like I have more mobility and my period isn’t in the way.

    Life Changing Period Product

I’m usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Flex has been so amazing, I feel I must share my story. I’ve been using the Flex Reusable Disc for the past 2 years and it has changed my life for the better. I work in healthcare, and on busy days, getting time to even go to the bathroom can be difficult. I have a very heavy flow, and would often leak through my heavy duty tampons before I got a chance to change it. In the past two years, I think i’ve only had one leak with the Flex disc. The amount of liquid this thing can hold is incredible, and I love how it empties on it’s own when you use the restroom. It is also so extremely comfortable. I often forget I’m wearing it. And the claims that you can have mess free sex with it in is also true! I like to rinse mine out beforehand just incase. I wouldn’t suggest having sex if you’re flow is super heavy in that moment, but for moderate to light flow it really does not leak! My boyfriend says it feels a little strange but he doesn’t mind it. The only somewhat negative comment I have is that it does not reduce my cramps. Everyone is different though, so for others it may help with cramping. In regards to taking it in and out, the first two or three times is weird, but it does not take long to get the hang of it. I can literally take mine in and out now in less than 5 seconds. Let’s not forget all the money i’ve saved not having to buy tampons. If you’re on the fence about getting this product, I would strongly…
