As a longtime cup user — I highly prefer the disc so far!! It hasn’t once hit me in an uncomfortable way (sometimes I’d misplace the cup and it would hurt), it has a higher capacity, and surprisingly, you really can empty it without removing it — but doing so isn’t something you could really do accidentally, and I haven’t had any leaking so far either. Cramping has been a lot milder this cycle too, it’s definitely possible that my old cup was exacerbating the cramps a little.
I hope it holds up as well as a cup, the silicone is very thin, but perhaps it’s not as delicate as it seems. I need to get two more, one for travel and one as a backup in case something happens to the others lol.
Also, the first one I ordered got lost in the mail, and customer service sent me a new one immediately when I asked about it. Thanks guys 😊

I've tried a few discs (and a lot of cups) and this is seriously the best one! It's easy to insert, painless to remove, zero leaks while using but self-empties when peeing. I think this one works the best because it's so simple (unlike other discs that are overengineered with pull tabs, chunky rims, bulky baskets, suction holes, and other weirdness.) The Flex is just a stiff, skinny rim and a thin/soft basket, and it WORKS. I just wish it came in colors other than clear (clear silicone always stains with time).
Others I've tried, for comparison:
-Nixit disc, which is the same size as the Flex and worked great for a while, but was annoying to insert because of the softer material, always felt like it was on the verge of slipping out, and had a double rim that attracted blood and was difficult to clean. Something must have changed with my anatomy, because it randomly stopped working for me one day (catastropic leaking) and was never the same again.
-Cora disc, which was so uncomfortable that I didn't even use it long enough to find out if it worked (it has a fairly tall/bulky rim and a stiff basket).
-Cora Soft Fit disc, which felt fine but inexplicably had suction holes (like a cup) which grossed me out because they're one more place for bacteria to hide, and are impossible to clean properly. Also, it's smaller than the Flex/Nixit, so I had to insert it really deep (almost how a cup would sit) and it still leaked a lot.
-Various cups, all of which (as a narrow bodied…
