Why you’ll love Flex Reusable Disc

Will it fit?

Flex Reusable Disc was designed to fit most vaginas. When you pinch the disc in half to insert, it’s about the same size as a tampon. It sits comfortably in the vaginal fornix—at the back of the vaginal canal, just beneath the cervix—and collects, rather than absorbs, your period.

    Stop Wasting Money on Tampons!

From high school until about 6 months ago, I used tampons and pads religiously during my period. I was frustrated with how much it cost, and, as I got more environmentally conscious, frustrated with the amount of waste. I figured I'd give the Flex Reusable Disc a try, and WOW I could not be more impressed!!! I have a very heavy flow, so for 2 or 3 days, I still need to use a pad as a backup, but not having to keep tampons stashed in my purse has been a complete game-changer. If you're on the fence, MAKE THE SWITCH!! I will never go back!!!

    Must have!!!

My only regret is not buying this sooner! No leaks, no mess, no cramps, it's as if I am not even on my period. Safer and much more cost effective for your body than other solutions, easy to keep with you and makes being a woman slightly more bearable. I will recommend this to all my friends! Converted to discs for life!

    Pleasantly Surprised

I was hesitant to use this product because it seemed like so much more work than tampons, but ultimately decided to give it a try and I’m SO GLAD I did! Is there a small learning curve? Sure. Is it messier than tampons? Yeah, sometimes. But it’s so worth it!!

I have been using it for around 8 months now, and I have found that it’s easiest to empty it in the shower (if that doesn’t bug you). Otherwise, it is pretty messy to empty on the toilet, BUT you don’t need to do it as often as you would change a tampon. I personally only have to empty it like once a day, maybe twice on the first days of my period, and I think I have a pretty average flow. The best part, in my opinion, is that I cannot feel it AT ALL! I used to be able to feel like basically every tampon, no matter how I put it in or what brand it was. I will literally forget that I am on my period when I use this thing because it is so comfortable, and also partly because it has helped with my cramps for sure (they’re not gone, of course, but better for sure). The only downside is the color, I wish it weren’t clear because it stains pretty easily. I wash it and sanitize it like you’re supposed to but after a few months of consistent use, there was some discoloration. Perhaps a darker color would help avoid this issue, but I don’t know the logistics behind safely dying period products so I can’t talk too bad about it. Overall, great product and I would recommend trying it!

    Best. Purchase. Ever.

You will not regret this!!! It took a few times to get the hang of it, but man oh man I am so so happy with it!!! It saves me so much money a month and it makes me feel so good! Barely any leaking if any, and partner doesn’t feel a thing 🙈
