i’m gonna start off by saying i love the reusable disc SO much. i’ve tried other cups and it’s always so uncomfortable/hurts, taking it out is anxiety inducing, the suction aspect is just a nightmare imo. the disc is so comfortable you literally can’t feel it once its placed AT ALL, it’s easy to insert and place once you read the instructions. its good for the environment! it’s comfortable! it’s reusable! and the best f$*#!? part is that it EMPTIES ITSELF every time you pee. it doesn’t get better than that. now that’s also the only down side to the disc, im an active girly and have to move my body in funky ways sometimes, so if you are using this and moving/squatting with this in, don’t (: just like the instructions say that disc, that little dam that holds back unmedicated aunt flow at the family reunion, folds and pours right into your pants unmercifully. that being said i have yet to try any ✨spicy 🌶️ activities with it yet but i imagine the self emptying bit might effect that as well in certain positions. just heed my one warning and then have the most enjoyable period you’ve ever experienced. from someone who fing hates bleeding<3

It took a hand full of tries for me to get it to stay in place and make sure it was open but with a couple tips I read online it was easy to figure out. This was my first menstrual cup so I was unsure of how it worked and if I'd be comfortable enough with my body to use it.
I have to be a little more involved with my lady bits using the menstrual cup but I found myself feeling more comfortable and proud of my body the more I became familiar with it.
The cup is unnoticeable when inserted properly.
On the first heavy flow, I empty the cup 1x during the day and the rest of the week I empty it in the morning and it stays in until I go to bed, unless I'm in the shower because it's super easy to clean it in the shower.
It's also nice to have the convenience of taking it in and out as frequently as I want cuz it does not hurt to take out when it's empty like a dry tampon.
It's also nice for the end of the period days when the brown gunk is still lurking for a few days. I know it's gross but it's real life so just letting you know it's great for those days too.
I would suggest the company adding these two tips to the packaging.
1. When inserting the cup push the muscles like you're pooping, when the cup is fully inserted relax the muscles. This will create a suction to hold the cup in place. When I do this I can feel like cup be pulled up slightly by the suction and it never slides out. If I don't do this, it does slide out.
2. To make sure the cup is fully opened turn it or…

This is the second time buying this cup, after about maybe three YEARS (maybe a little more) using it, it got a bad smell that I couldn’t get rid of so I guess it was the end of its life time so I discarded. I still LOVE IT!!! No more spending money on tampons or pads (which I hated using) no more waste and it holds more than a pad or tampon, I can spend the whole day with it and not accidents! Is my best investment. Before this one I bought two different brands but they had the same issue, hard to get it out, but with the flex cup design is so easy without the possibility of any spill out of the cup

I hate removing a dry tampon, the feeling of it being angled wrong, and I also am unable to pee with a tampon in. My urine stream is inconsistent with its angle, and no matter where I place the string, urine always gets on the string and it travels up into my tampon. I will take out a tampon after peeing, and it will be fully saturated with urine. I also hate changing my tampon often.
Every issue I listed above, has been fixed. That was the exact goal with this purchase. The pull tab is excellent, and the learning curve of insertion and removal was so quick, I got it down after 3-4 insertions/removals. It sits comfortable, and it’s easy to remove because of the pull tab design. It definitely made me so much more comfortable with the idea of cups that potentially don’t have pull tabs, and I plan on trying one of the discs I received in the box during my period as well, just to see what I like the best. This is a great product, and is exactly as advertised.

I was so skeptical at first but decided to give it try. I have never liked tampons and always struggled with them. Using the flex cup took me a couple tries to find the right method, but once I did I was blown away with how comfortable this is! This will definitely take some practice inserting and dumping when full but will be well worth it!
