This is probably the 6th reusable menstrual product I've bought in about 6 years-- I've tried various discs and cups, most of them either not accommodating the heavy flow that I usually have OR was so big, it compressed my urethra, made me unable to fully empty my bladder, and then develop a UTI. This disc fixed both problems with ease, and there was little mess when emptying (not quite hands-free for my anatomy, but leagues better compared to a cup). I still leak with it because of my flows, but nothing period underwear or a liner can't catch when I don't catch it in time-- it holds a LOT. And bonus: unlike other discs that I tried, it actually was able to handle intimacy leak-free and with no discomfort. I usually don't write reviews, but I cannot recommend this product enough!
