Why you’ll love Flex Reusable Disc

Will it fit?

Flex Reusable Disc was designed to fit most vaginas. When you pinch the disc in half to insert, it’s about the same size as a tampon. It sits comfortably in the vaginal fornix—at the back of the vaginal canal, just beneath the cervix—and collects, rather than absorbs, your period.

    This saved me

I had my first baby in 2024 and I did NOT realize how much my pelvic floor would be impacted. I can’t use cups anymore!! I’ve spent a few cycles now crying over it because using anything but a cup was so painful and my period was MISERABLE!

I came across the flex disc and decided I had to try it because I was desperate. This is my first cycle actually being able to use it and OH. MY. GOSH!!! This disc just saved my mental health when my period comes around, and I LOVE that I can have sex with it?!?! Like what!!!!! Try a disc, ladies!! It’s amazing!

Never Going Back to Tampons or Cups!

Holy moly, this thing is MAGIC. I've tried cups before and could never get them to work properly and I'm tired of paying for tampons. The fact that Flex doesn't rely on suction was a big selling point for me. I'm currently using it for the first time and I'm just amazed. The self-empty actually works, I haven't had any leaks, and it's so easy to put in and take out. I highly recommend it!

Best period product I've ever tried

I used the flex cup for several years and thought switching from tampons to a cup was lifechanging. But after trying the flex disc, I'm never going back to anything else. I don't feel it at all, it works even better than a cup, and has saved me so much money and waste from no longer needing to keep getting tampons.

My only "complaint" would be that I wish they offered the disc in black like the flex cup because it stains very quickly. But that's just a personal preference and I can't recommend this product highly enough.

    Fantastic

I just bought the reusable disk and started using it for my current cycle. I'm a few days in and I LOVE flex. I also think it reduced my cramps and it's so easy to empty it out during the 12 hour wear. I had to try twice to remove it the first time but once I figured it out it's been no hassle ever since and it's so easy to insert as well. The amount of money I save using this for an entire year is insane. I bought organic cotton tampons without applicators but I think overall this is potentially less waste too. Win, win, win.

Cannot say enough good things about this product

My life has literally been changed. I love EVERYTHING about this but here are some of the best parts:

-it says on their website the reusable disc contains no lead, arsenic, or PFAS so this is great for peace of mind.

-you literally don’t feel it in whatsoever and can leave it in for so long compared to having to change a tampon every couple hours. This makes it great for traveling or times where you’re not sure if you’ll always have a bathroom.

-self-emptying: genuinely life changing I have a very heavy flow and was skeptical that this wouldn’t hold it all but since I can empty it whenever I use the bathroom I don’t need to worry about that

-extremely easy to insert and remove

-don’t have to worry about TSS

    -much more cost effective
