I highly recommend that every woman try using this. It's actually sold in drugstores as Sofdisc as well. I've been using such a product for more than a decade. One warning tho: you must be very comfortable with your body. Follow the instructions to insert; Make sure you push the cup all the way up in so that it seats properly. If you get leaks it's not seated properly - you need to pull it back out and reseat it. Panty liners are a must for those with a heavy flow. The easiest way to avoid making the bathroom look like a murder scene is to have a wad of toilet paper in one hand while you hook the edge of the cup with your middle finger of the other hand so that you can drop the cup into the wad of toilet paper. Don't forget to wipe the hand that was pulling the cup out against the toilet paper as you drop the cup into the toilet paper, or that hand will dot everything around you with red.
Of course, the easiest way to avoid any mess at all is to do this in the shower. No toilet paper needed then. you might need a cup to fill with water if your shower head is not the handheld kind.
