I start taking these about 7-10 days before I expect my period. This helps with my energy levels ! I normally pms and overeat & lay around but these gummies have helped me stay active. They also relieve my tender boobs…also the cramps are way more mild. I’m on a subscription plan now lol

I was hesitant that it would work since I’m so used to things not or a bad side effect, but when I first took it I was actually surprised. First off, the flavor and texture is amazing and that it was a vegan gummy made me even happier! Second, it actually worked! It took anywhere from a few minutes to ten but it works, I feel this center of calm in my chest when I take it and actually feel peace.
