Revolutionary!
Decided to finally give menstrual discs a go, and wow, where to even behind with! Besides some leakage every now and then as I get the hang of insertion (and possibly because of a retro flexed cervix) this has been an amazing product. As a transgender man, I still get a period! Dysphoria effects everyone differently. Personally, I don’t really mind having a vagina and I don’t mind feminine things because who’s to say when I can and can’t like but my period is what really gets me. To make matters worse, I have a heavy flow and struggle with Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder on top of gender dysphoria. Having to change a pad every 1-2 hours is a constant reminder that I wasn’t born in a body that aligns with how I feel inside and that is HARD. The flex disc has changed that. It allows me to almost entirely forget about my period, I can bike, and swim and hike and do all the fun things I can’t really do with a pad or tampon which cause me irritation, leakage and vaginal pain + cramps. It’s time for us to take back our lives and comfort, and I believe that menstrual discs and cups can help us do that 🫶

What is this Magic?
I came across the Flex Plant+ Disc in preperation for a beach trip with my husband. I had never used one before and I will never go back to any other product! I have latex sensitivity and had no problem with this product during my cycle. I did read all the reviews and FAQs to better understand insertion & removal, which took me time to get comfortable with. Setting up my monthly order right now. Game changer for sure!

Will NEVER use tampons ever again
I've been using these for years and the difference bt the pain of a tampon at the end of your cycle and one of these is night and day! When I'm working, my days are usually 12-15 hours. And I don't always get the luxury of running to the bathroom when I need. I'll pair this with period underwear and it's the gold metal combo.

Amazing!!!!
I was always semi cautious about using something like this. My periods were terrible and would make me feel awful. By day 3 I’d feel so gross and yucky. I used this flex disc for the first time a couple months ago and I looovvveee it! It’s so nice, comfy and worry free! I worked out in this and definitely pushed it to its 12 hour max and it never leaked! Not once! After getting used to taking it out it was easy! Try it! You’ll love it!

Love these discs
I have the reusable flex disc as well as these plant based discs and I love love love them. They’re so comfortable, I love that I can go all day without dealing with my period, and I have zero cramps using these. I basically forget I have my period.
