Flex Cup

Flex Cup is a reusable menstrual cup made from body-safe, medical-grade silicone, and the only cup with an adjustable, patented pull-tab that makes removal as easy as a tampon. That single feature removes the biggest barrier for beginners switching from tampons to a cup. Wear it for up to 12 hours of leak protection, day or night. One cup lasts up to 10 years, replacing years of disposable period products. Comfortable, low-maintenance, and kinder to your wallet and the planet.

    Cup tab

Why when I have it in little bit blood comes out? Is it because of the pulling tab or what

    6 years and 100s saved

Bought my first one in 2018 and am just replacing it today in 2026. I originally bought it because the suction on other cups was so horrible and the pull portion too short. This has been a life saver and saved me what I can imagine is hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in pads. Periods just feel so much more manageable. 1000% happy to buy a replacement.

    Autistic teen approves!

I'm an autistic teen and I really struggle with periods. The sensory aspect (if u know u know) and the management of products. Pads are hard for me because of the sensory aspect of the period, and tampons are stressful because I worry of toxic shock syndrome. I really like this because of not worrying about tts and not having the sensory aspect. Also the instructions and videos were helpful and you can be active. I work with little kids so not having to worry about leeks and spills is great in addition to not changing for 12 hours. I was able to get this at a CVS so even if ur parents cant/won't get u one it's easy to get. Hope this helps.

    Favorite cup ever except....

I bought my flexcup in 2021. it is amazing! No more yeast infections from tampons, no more purchasing tampons and yeast infection treatment products. That alone is worth everything. The past year I've had the cup though I find I have to be careful at night because if I move wrong it may leak. Now it's been happening in the day randomly as well. I was hoping the product would last the entire 10 years that it could last, instead of 5... well 4 really since that is when leaks began happening, even if I emptied right before bed. Either way, I highly recommend the product but just realize that the longevity of the product is not a guarantee.
