Works great, smells great. I got in the bundle when I switched to a reusable disc. Doesn't take much to clean the small disc, so one can lasts a really long time.
I was using a reusable menstrual disc from a competitor (LOVE flex discs more, but they didn’t have a reusable product yet) and I cleaned it with an unscented soap and boiled it between cycles as the instructions say. However, I couldn’t for the life of me get the stains/discoloration out. I even used a toothbrush to scrub and that wasn’t enough…it felt like it left a film behind on the disc. I recently got the Flex reusable disc since it just came out and I prefer The Flex brand over others. I decided to snag the foam wash and give it a try. It works wonderfully! Since the disc is clear you can easily tell if any discoloration is left behind and so far the wash cleans the disc very thoroughly. It’s not an airy, cheap wash either. It’s a nice heavy, luxurious foam that lathers well and really breaks up any residue for a superb clean. I highly recommend you use the foam wash instead of just using a mild soap; this is actually designed for the product and it will leave your disc squeaky clean while being gentle for your parts.

As a cup user it's hard to find the right soap to clean my cup. This is perfect for either home or on the go, cleans great no residue, definitely going to keep it in stock!
This foaming wash was everything! Thick enough to really clean, lathers well, and rinses easily and quickly! I usually use a mild fragrance free soap from CVS and I honestly wasn't sure if it was the soap or the cup that caused a slight odor when I used my Flex cup. But now I can confirm it was the soap I was using! I had absolutely no odor when using this foaming wash! I'm so grateful! Great product!
Rinse your silicone period cup or disc with cold water. If you’re using Flex Cup, unthread the pull-tab first. With a generous pump of Flex Foaming Cleanser and some warm water, thoroughly clean the entire cup or disc (if using Flex Cup, give some extra love to the air holes at the top). Rinse well with warm water and allow the cup or disc to dry before reinserting.
Make sure to remove, empty, and clean your reusable menstrual cup or disc at least once every 12 hours. Flex Foaming Cleanser is designed to be used on all silicone period products.
