I adore my flex disc! I was looking for a reusable period option like a cup or disc so that I could reduce waste (and cost) of pads and tampons. I had no prior knowledge about what to get, and after doing a lot of research I decided on the flex disc. The most appealing part to me is that it self-empties when you pee, and that it doesn’t use suction to stay in place like cups so there’s less chance of it not fitting. I couldn’t get it to self empty the first time I tried, but if you act like you’re trying to poop it will self empty just fine! It’s absolutely life changing. I haven’t had any leakage, the self emptying is great, it stays in place all day. Can’t recommend this enough!

I just tried my flex reusable disk for the first time and WOW. I really can’t feel it and it was super easy to insert. Plus the hands-free emptying is actually super straightforward. This is a game-changer.

My only regret is not buying this sooner! I was scared to try it, but I was blown away at how easy it was on the first try. I kept checking to see if anything was leaking throughout the day and no, no leaks, no issues. I am so happy and impressed by this simple yet effective tech. Major bravo!!

I am 50 and in the throes of perimenopause which has made my periods incredibly heavy and painful. So heavy I was unable to leave the house for more than 30 minutes at a time. I was going through 2 boxes of ultra tampons and a box a pads per month. Cups do not work for me, but this flex disk? Pure perfection. No leaks and I can wear it through the day without issue. I have worn it swimming, to yoga, and to a full work day with zero leakage. I started with the disposable and then upgraded to the reusable. Same comfort, can’t even feel it. IT WORKS! 10/10 recommend.
