My flex cup has quite literally changed my life! The pull string is a genius design that makes the cup so easy to remove and has rid me of my fear of getting a cup/ disc stuck (has happened with other products unfortunately). I will be a lifetime user!

As a first time cup user, seeing all these instructions other brands have about breaking the seal yourself almost scared me into never trying a cup. I was worried I would never be able to take it out! Thankfully, I saw an advertisement on TikTok about the flex cup and its genius pull tab feature. After reading countless reviews I decided to get one for myself. Removal/insertion is painless and easy and I haven’t experienced any leaks or discomfort from this product. It’s safe to say that the flex cup is my best purchase yet and I have already recommended it to several friends and family members. 10/10 product.

Seriously. This cup is the best. It’s my favorite of all the different ones I’ve tried. Soft texture, doesn’t visibly stain, easy to insert and remove. Comfortable. Easy to clean. I use the foaming cup wash and it is also amazing and not irritating at all. I’m a for-life-customer and tell all my friends that this is literally life changing.

This cup is the best! It's comfortable and the pull tab makes removal easy. Way less intimidating than other cups thanks to that feature. I'd reccomend using size 1 to start, even as someone with a super heavy flow. I used size 2 and had issues getting it to open up simply because it was too big for my anatomy if you know what I mean. Another tip for getting it to open up is to pinch the bottom of the cup a few times until you hear/feel it pop open. It's a learning curve but worth it! As someone with an incredibly heavy flow, I get leaks from time to time, but no where near as bad as the constant leaks I got when wearing tampons. Just pair it with period underwear and you'll be set! For reference I empty my 22 ml cup 2-3x a day for 4-5 days so I am way over the threshold for heavy bleeding which is anything over 80ml. Long story short, no period product is going to be perfect, but this one is by far the best!

I recently got a Flex Cup after learning more about the harms that tampons can cause to your body. I got it at Walmart for $30 and it was definitely worth it. I’ve only used it for a few days but it was very easy to learn how to use properly, and I have not had one single leak. I don’t feel it at ALL! Would 100% recommend, even if you are nervous. I was, and it was so worth it!
