NOT ALL PERIOD PRODUCTS ARE CREATED EQUAL

Considering the switch from tampons? Period innovation is here to give you freedom.

Flex Disc sits somewhere different

Flex menstrual disc insertion diagram

Unlike other period products that sit in the vaginal canal, Flex Disc sits in the vaginal fornix. Plus, Flex Disc collects fluid rather than absorbing it like a tampon.

HOW IT WORKS

A helpful guide to Flex Disc insertion, wear & removal.

PINCH

Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.

INSERT

Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.

WEAR

Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.

REMOVE

To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.

DISPOSE

Pour the liquid into the toilet, and wrap the disc in toilet paper (or a Flex Eco Disposal Pouch) before tossing it in the trash.

    Life changing product

I want to start by saying I am in no way endorsed by this brand to write this review.

These discs were life changing. After having my first baby I was very nervous to get my first period and I knew I didn’t want to go back to tampons/pads. I was able to insert on my first try. The instructional video was super helpful.

I couldn’t even feel the disc was there. It can be a bit messy, but practice makes perfect. I HIGHLY recommend.

    My cramps are gone!!!

As someone who suffers from endometriosis, I have intense and very painful cramping during my period. I am bound to my heating pad and I’m always taking ibuprofen to help with the pain. After switching to flex disc, my cramps have almost gone away. I have no idea how, all I know is that I will be using these for the rest of my life. The second I inserted the disc, my cramps almost disappear. I originally bought some two years ago and could never figure it out, but I’m so glad I kept trying. Thank you for improving the quality of my life.

    Best product

Really pleased with this product!! In all transparency, these are a little difficult to get used to at first. It can be a little messy when you're getting used to it, but it isn't a big deal. It's as easy to insert as a tampon, and it is so nice not having to change it except morning and night. Once you get the process figured out, it's no messier than a tampon or pad. I started with monthy flex disc orders, but i switched to the annual ones because I’m definitely not using anything else.

    JUST YES

I was so scared to try anything other than tampons and pads. I have an extremely heavy flow and am constantly struggling with bleeding through even when doubling up with pads and tampons. I also noticed that tampons gave me cramps. I can’t even feel when I have a disc in and I have not bled through once. And no more cramps! It is also much better for your body unlike tampons that carry metals and can give you tss.
