HOW IT WORKS
A helpful guide to Flex Disc insertion, wear & removal.
PINCH
Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.
INSERT
Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.
WEAR
Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.
REMOVE
To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.
DISPOSE
Pour the liquid into the toilet, and wrap the disc in toilet paper (or a Flex Eco Disposal Pouch) before tossing it in the trash.

As one who relies heavily on reviews I felt obligated to write my honest review. It took me two cycles to get this thing. You have to have patience, watch the video and keep trying. Once you figure the placement out you are golden and it will truly change your life. It’s true, cramps dissipate. I am 40 and I have suffered from cramps my entire life. I do not have cramps when I use the disc. There’s zero odor. I have had sex; although it weirds my husband out… it’s possible and if you’re desperate, it can absolutely be done. I cannot use one on Day 1 because my period is so heavy after two kids… I have tried many times and I still leak. I use a tampon the first day and disc every day after that— aside from dumb perimenopausal side effects (ugh) it’s like you are not even on your period. I’ll be a customer for the rest of my life. Give it a try. It’s worth it!!

This thing makes me feel like I’m taking my power back and “winning” against my period. Way easier to use than expected, no discomfort whatsoever. Game changer for period sex. I cannot recommend this enough!!!! Never going back to any other period products.

I love these discs so much. I’m just a random gal writing this - not getting paid, not getting sponsored, not getting free things, etc. These are seriously just so good. Takes a minute to get the hang of at first and yes can be a lil messy, but sooooo easy and so convenient and if inserted correctly you can’t feel it AT ALL. If it gets full all you have to do is bear down a bit and it self empties and then just push it back in or kegel that girlie back in place. Same with going #2, if it moves just push it back or kegel it back. I have heavy bleeding the first 3 days of my period and I can usually go 8-10 hours before I have to self empty and/or change it out. I love these discs and recommend them to everyone I know who has a period. ✨

i first tried flex discs because i had read that you were able to have penetrative vaginal sex while wearing one - this was not my experience (which turned out to be a very messy one..) i admit i may have not had it inserted properly, and i have yet to try again. however, i still have to give them 5! i’ve used tampons my whole life, and have always struggled with chronic BV, UTIs, and yeast infections - not sure these were related BUT once i started using flex i have seen a real decrease in all 3, especially the latter! i was initially concerned by the size but if inserted properly you really cannot feel it at all! i also have an IUD and have experienced no issues, but i do take extra care when removing just in case. love love love this product, and would recommend anyone considering to make the switch!

I haThis product has changed my life. I have extremely heavy periods and it is so frustrating how much money I have spent on pads and tampons throughout the years. I no longer have to worry about spending another dime on a pad or tampon ever again. I just completed my first period using the flex disc cup and had zero leaks. Ladies—I forgot I was even on my period…I have horrible cramps the first two days and I don’t HOW or the science behind it but it also somehow helped my cramps?!!! AND my boyfriend and I were able to have sex with zero mess as well. He said he could barely feel it. I’m just in utter belief. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am now a Flex customer for life and will spread the word to everyone I know. Cheers!!!
