HOW IT WORKS
A helpful guide to Flex Disc insertion, wear & removal.
PINCH
Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.
INSERT
Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.
WEAR
Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.
REMOVE
To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.
DISPOSE
Slip your hand inside a removal pouch like a glove prior to pulling out your disc as usual. The pouch flips inside out around the used disc, locking everything within. All the mess stays contained, keeping your skin, toilet seat, and the floor mess-free. Just seal up the pouch and toss it in the trash.

I have been using Flex Discs going on 2 years now. I will absolutely never go back to tampons. I have had to use them when I am in a bind or start my period without being prepared and have had to get one from a friend, and I get irrationally mad every time.
I have a system down with my discs when I need to change them, and overall I feel so much more sanitary then when using tampons. They also work great when I am on my period during jiu jitsu, I never feel like I have to check whether or not I am bleeding through any of my gear during training.
I recommend Flex to ALL of my girlfriends, they really are life changing.

When I stopped using standard period products and switched over to a mensal cup, and didn't like the fit or fell.
Desperately, I then tried the disc, it was like a light switch flipped in my head. No dry tampon pulls, no wet pad "diaper rashes", just clean insertion, keeping me well maintained throughout anything my day has in store, PLUS a clean removal , truly making my periods slightly less dreadful to look forward to
I recommend it to literally every women who will let me talk about it.

My hope is that it will reach worldwide to women on all continents & your vision will translate internationally. I bought this product solely because it claims to work for mess-free period sex. My boyfriend and I were a little skeptical that it would stay in place and be comfortable. I’m happy to say it worked perfectly! It didn’t move out of place or feel weird at all and we tested it thoroughly. I didn’t even need to think or worry about it! I am about to buy the reusable one because for the price it is definitely worth it and I also try to be as sustainable as I can with period products.

I love flex discs!!! I am someone who has a small pelvic floor and the cup is just too much for me. I have tried the discs and I am NEVER going back to tampons!!!! I can leave them in for a long period of time without worrying about leaking. They are so comfortable and reduce my cramping and bloating. I don’t even realize I’m on my period anymore. Serious life savers.
