Flex Disc sits somewhere different

Flex menstrual disc insertion diagram

Unlike other period products that sit in the vaginal canal, Flex Disc sits in the vaginal fornix. Plus, Flex Disc collects fluid rather than absorbing it like a tampon.

HOW IT WORKS

A helpful guide to Flex Disc insertion, wear & removal.

PINCH

Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.

INSERT

Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.

WEAR

Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.

REMOVE

To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.

DISPOSE

Slip your hand inside a removal pouch like a glove prior to pulling out your disc as usual. The pouch flips inside out around the used disc, locking everything within. All the mess stays contained, keeping your skin, toilet seat, and the floor mess-free. Just seal up the pouch and toss it in the trash.

I wore white pants on my second day

I love flex discs!!! I am someone who has a small pelvic floor and the cup is just too much for me. I have tried the discs and I am NEVER going back to tampons!!!! I can leave them in for a long period of time without worrying about leaking. They are so comfortable and reduce my cramping and bloating. I don’t even realize I’m on my period anymore. Serious life savers.

I won’t be going back to tampons. Thank you :)

I first started using a period cup two years ago. I started on the small one and then I am 24 now two years later, I picked up a period disc from flex. I feel I love. I have recently just bought a period disc steamer to clean it and a disc portable cup cleaner. It’s the best invention since sliced bread. Thank you so much and I recommend to all my girl friends. 💗

    Love these!!!

I switched over to Flex about a year ago, and it has changed my life for the better! I don’t experience intense cramping anymore AND my periods are lighter. I’ve tried other disc brands, and Flex is top tier. I’ll never go back!

Too many good reviews, had to try myself

I've used this product the last four cycles, I can confidently claim this product is life changing! Sounded "too good to be true" at first, but I won't ever go back to pads or tampons, EVER. Pros: can't feel it, holds heavy flows, last for 12 hours, helped my symptoms (less cramping, length of period & overall feeling of being on my period at all).

Cons: can be different at first figuring out how to insert it correctly but the insert helps a ton! It does get messy when emptying, if it doesn't empty itself (I personally don't mind only dealing with it twice a day instead of pads & tampons so many times a day!!)

I have used it during sex and it wasn't messy at all, I was shocked.

I truly LOVE this product & always recommend it to others!

    Never going back!

I’m 44 and went from pads to tampons and having almost allergic reactions. Almost always leaking or just feeling uncomfortable because I can feel the pad or tampon. Once I tried Flex disposable disc I was amazed. Didn’t feel weighed down and so easy to use! I would make one suggestion- maybe put a disposal bag with each disc?
