Flex Disc sits somewhere different

Flex menstrual disc insertion diagram

Unlike other period products that sit in the vaginal canal, Flex Disc sits in the vaginal fornix. Plus, Flex Disc collects fluid rather than absorbing it like a tampon.

HOW IT WORKS

A helpful guide to Flex Disc insertion, wear & removal.

PINCH

Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.

INSERT

Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.

WEAR

Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.

REMOVE

To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.

DISPOSE

    Changed my life

I will never look at a box of tampons the same. These flex discs have changed my life. I don’t know why or what the science is behind it, but after I insert it, my cramps are relieved unlike a tampon when the chemicals are releasing in our body, I cramp so much worse. I’m giving praise to whoever invented this because thank you from a woman who has excruciating pain painful periods to now finally getting some relief.

    The Best!

I seriously love this product so much, I recommend it to everyone! It is so nice not to worry about leaks during long hours at work. I went on a long hiking trip this past summer and this disc made it such a breeze. Keep up the good work!

I’m honestly surprised how easy it went in

My weird anatomy can’t hold cups and this just went in like your average tampon I’ll definitely buy this again.

    Awesome!

It is weird to figure out how to use one at first, but once you get it you'll love it. Minimal leakage, and intimacy really is mess free!!

    Helped my cramps!

I have endometriosis and after I started using the discs, it actually HELPED my cramps! It's cleaner than tampons/pads/period underwear. Reduces risk for TTS. Can hold up to 5+ super tampons. Can be worn while sleeping, swimming and...... Sex. I'm never using anything else besides these. Thank you
