NOT ALL PERIOD PRODUCTS ARE CREATED EQUAL

Considering the switch from tampons? Period innovation is here to give you freedom.

Flex Disc sits somewhere different

Flex menstrual disc insertion diagram

Unlike other period products that sit in the vaginal canal, Flex Disc sits in the vaginal fornix. Plus, Flex Disc collects fluid rather than absorbing it like a tampon.

HOW IT WORKS

A helpful guide to Flex Disc insertion, wear & removal.

PINCH

Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.

INSERT

Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.

WEAR

Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.

REMOVE

To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.

DISPOSE

Pour the liquid into the toilet, and wrap the disc in toilet paper (or a Flex Eco Disposal Pouch) before tossing it in the trash.

    Not to be dramatic...

Seriously, I hate to sound dramatic but the Flex Disc has changed my period for me. I've tried a couple different period cups and could never get them to fit right. And, tampons are so annoying! The Flex Disc lasts 12 hours, I have never had a leak, and it's so comfortable. I was worried it would be difficult to figure out but all of the video and images make it so easy. I've also noticed less cramping which is a huge win.

    Game changer

I was hesitant to try Flex as I have only ever used tampons and pads. I was concerned that it would be too difficult to place and remove. But with increasing irritation from tampons, I decided to bite the bullet. And truly I have never had a more comfortable period! The flex disc is way easier to insert and take out that I originally anticipated, and it caused 0 discomfort and 0 leakage. Truly an amazing product and I am fully converted! The inventors of flex obviously truly get women.

Changed my Sex Life and Eased my Cramps

I did so much research on the flex disc before purchasing. I really wanted to find something that would compromise my partners valid dislike in period sex. I put the disc in a few hours before banging and it worked!!! No mess at all!! However I do have an IUD so my flow is pretty light. It even eased my cramps. It was life changing to find something that helps both people feel great. And they don’t lie about the awesome increased orgasms… I used the biodegradable ones too. So awesome!!

    OMG!!

I hate tampons, pads always make me itch, and I HATED the period underwear (so much mess) these discs saved my life. I discovered them a month ago and I will never ever go back.
