Subscription Terms & Conditions

Automatic Renewal & Billing For Subscriptions:

 By enrolling in a subscription with Flex, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.  After your first order ships, you can cancel, customize, or skip your subscription at any time via your online account. The payment method you provide at checkout will be charged for each recurring order at the then-current price. You will receive a renewal reminder email at least 3 days before your next charge.

Subscription Details & Pricing:
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. 
  • Pricing is subject to change, and you will be notified of any price adjustments.
  • Promotional discounts or free gifts apply only to the initial shipment.
  • Subscription orders are automatically shipped at the chosen frequency.
Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancellations can be processed via your online account by visiting your customer portal and selecting ‘Manage Subscription’.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed: If you have received a confirmation email with an order number, we are unable to cancel that order.

To cancel a subscription on Recharge, follow these steps:
  • Visit your customer portal.
  • Navigate to Subscriptions: Look for the "Manage Subscriptions" or "Subscriptions" section.
  • Select the Subscription: Find the active subscription you wish to cancel.
  • Click “Cancel Subscription”: Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Order Acknowledgement:

 After placing a subscription order, you will receive an email confirmation with the following details:

  • The terms of your subscription, including renewal details.
  • Pricing, including any changes after the initial shipment.
  • Cancellation instructions and a direct link to your customer portal.
  • Contact information for customer support: 1-800-931-0882 or hello@flexfits.com.
Renewal Reminders:

You will receive a renewal reminder email at least 3 days before your next charge. This reminder will include:

  • Confirmation that your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled
  • The length of the renewal period
  • A link to manage or cancel your subscription
  • Customer support contact details
Exclusions:
  • Subscription orders beyond the first month, wholesale accounts, and previous purchases are not eligible for promotions.
  • Any discount codes or promotions apply only to the initial subscription shipment.
