NOT ALL PERIOD PRODUCTS ARE CREATED EQUAL

Considering the switch from tampons? Period innovation is here to give you freedom.

Flex Disc sits somewhere different

Flex menstrual disc insertion diagram

Unlike other period products that sit in the vaginal canal, Flex Disc sits in the vaginal fornix. Plus, Flex Disc collects fluid rather than absorbing it like a tampon.

PINCH

Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.

INSERT

Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.

WEAR

Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.

REMOVE

To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.

DISPOSE

Pour the liquid into the toilet, and wrap the disc in toilet paper (or a Flex Eco Disposal Pouch) before tossing it in the trash.

    Never going back to tampons

Flex got me while I was late night scrolling on IG and I am blown away with this product. My cramps are usually SO bad and they’re basically nonexistent with Flex. I also love that it self empties. I will NEVER go back to tampons.

honestly, just help yourself and buy it

I’ve really only ever used tampons, but after recently finding more about all the harmful contents within them I had wanted to make a change. I had tired to use mental cups before, but they were just never comfortable enough and never big enough to support me with my heavy flow. The Flex Disc is seriously so comfortable, and so much easier to put in than I thought! The disc is also big enough for my flow, which is a huge relief. I will never use anything different!

This was my first experience using something other than a tampon. It took a little getting used to but it was so much better than using tampons!!!
