Love both the flex cup and the flex disc!

Omg I love the flex cup! It’s so easy to put in, it doesn’t leaks, very easy to clean, and so portable. When u first get it it can be a little complicated, and when you first put it in it’s uncomfortable and hurts a little, but as u get used to it it’s amazing! It’s literally all I’m ever gonna need. My flow is very heavy so I usually change a super tampon every 1-2 hours, but with this I can have it in for such a long time. With the cup in I literally feel like I’m not even in my period, I don’t have to worry about staining any of my clothes, or changing it every 2 hours. I would recommend this to anyone who has there period

Once you're able to get it positioned properly the thing is great. Difficult to change out on the go but I don't have to worry about leaks so much and I'm saving money on period products. However it somehow got flipped upside down one time so I couldn't reach the pull tab....removal wasn't painful but was very uncomfortable and mildly traumatizing. This thing has forced me to become intimately aware of my own qnatomy in a way I never wanted to. Make sure you don't put it too far up.

I’ve had this cup for over 3 years and it is a game changer in so many ways. I don’t have to remember to buy tampons or pads. I barely feel it and both inserting and removing is so easy. I use it with a panty liner just in case while moving around anything happens. I only see a small amount on the liner if it’s not in properly. I’ve also had less cramps. So I truly recommend. I’ve used the same cup for over 3 years. I love it.
