    I love it

This cup is such a game changer for me I have really long periods like 2-3 weeks long and it’s a headache because I go thru tampons in the first week. This really help I haven’t any leaks I can go through my day not thinking about is time for me to change I sent a 10 hour timer tand no matter if I’m running that day or chilling it never over flow so I’m happy with cup. I haven’t tried the disk yet since I only been using the cup for about 3 months now.

    Best investment of my life

Fits comfortable. May leak if full only if I'm on my REALLY heavy days or it wasn't adjusted correctly from the get go(which you get the feel for pretty quick). I will use a liner at night on heavy days. It shortens my period from 7 to 3 days. I believe due to. The suction hold. My cousin and sister said the same thing. Do not freak if you see clots, blood naturally clots. They not only lessen the cost you spend on tampons and pads monthly, but assist in keeping the planet from obtaining more gross garbage. Think of the thousands you throw away and the thousands you save on money. It's also medical grade, no TSS. And it last for hours and hours. It was actually made(different material) before tampons. Yet women believed it would break their hymen rendering them non- virgins, that's the only reason it didn't make it to market a VERY long time ago. Buy it. You can't feel it when placed, no it doesn't get stuck up there, it lightly collapsed and pours out into toilet. Don't knock it till you try it. I won't go back until menopause.

    Takes getting used to

I purchased mine at cvs after wanting to switch from tampons. The last time I tried the cup it was so hard to get it out but this sold me on the pull tab. Definitely takes a learning curve and a way that you feel comfortable putting it in and out but truly is better than a tampon. I don’t need to worry about changing frequency or leaking. Any leaks is because it’s not positioned right. I feel and also smell much more fresh than a tampon. I also keep white vinegar in a spray bottle and clean it every time I take it out.

    This cup has saved me

I absolutely love the flex cup at first it took me a little while to learn and get a good technique but after that, absolutely amazing I had no leaks no problems I could barely feel it which was something I was worried about at first but it honestly feels like a normal tampon and for somebody who is very allergic to bleach tampons have always been a struggle for me but since I started using the flux cup I haven't had any issues regarding my health at all which I've been so unbelievably thankful.

    Disability friendly!

It's easy to pull out because of the ring shape pull tab! I was scared to buy a period cup because I was scared of it being stuck inside of me because of my dexterity issues due to my multiple disabilities, but this works amazingly and I don't have to worry about it at all!!!

It is a bit hard to put in the first time, but it definitely gets easier as you practice and I have almost no issues after using it a few times.
