Will it fit?
Flex Reusable Disc was designed to fit most vaginas. When you pinch the disc in half to insert, it’s about the same size as a tampon. It sits comfortably in the vaginal fornix—at the back of the vaginal canal, just beneath the cervix—and collects, rather than absorbs, your period.
Flex Reusable Disc customer reviews
- RRyanVerified Reviewer4 days agoRated 5 out of 5 starsNot to be dramatic but this is the period product of my dreams.
TWO WORDS FOR YOU:
self-emptying.
Once upon a time I was a cup girl. Though my wallet and the planet were happy with this sustainable choice, I often found that my cup was full after just a few short hours, and I would have to empty it often— which is fine, but also tough to do in the bathroom at the airport or the Whole Foods or the concert venue, but hey, a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.
Then, one day, one of my dear friends told me about this “self-emptying, reusable disc”. “Self-emptying???” I exclaimed. “Meaning, no more taking it out in the bathroom stall at the grocery store and discreetly washing the blood off your hands? No more quiet wrestling to keep your snow pants blood-free in the bathroom at the ski resort? No more panicking in the outhouse at the park? It just… empties itself??” It seemed too good to be true.
But… is it?
Is it too good to be true, or is it just the period product that a woman would design for women?
I tried the disposable disc for one day, and I was hooked. It was truly like magic— you pee, the disc empties itself, pops back into place, and you get on with your day. No more overflowing, no searching the bottom of the purse for a tampon, no more emptying a cup in a public restroom in the middle of the day. Just clean it twice a day when it’s convenient for you.
My advice? Buy a disc and go enjoy being a girl.

This is my first day using flex disc. I don’t often write reviews but it’s such a game changer for me I am willing to. I have crazy heavy flow days 1+2. I was skeptical of how this would work especially the “auto dump” - made no sense to me. Surprisingly it all works as advertised. It’s so easy to put in, and it truly does empty when you follow per instructions. Not entirely sure how it stays sealed then breaks the seal then goes back, but it really does work with my anatomy. I did wear a pad and I did leak slightly at one point (I think it got too full). It is a little messy but still cleaner than a menstrual cup. Much more comfortable and easy to install than a cup, and much better than constantly changing pads or tampons.
I Jane her to see how it does overnight. I do have a great I could accidentally auto release when I don’t mean to, and that would not go well. But so far throughout my busy day it stayed sealed all the times it was supposed to. This will end up saving me so much money, discomfort, and headache.

Not only have i been able to have incredible mess-free period sex, I can look forward to saving so much money that would have been spent on pads and tampons! Also, I'm reducing my ecological footprint by producing less waste! This product is absolutely worth the price and I HIGHLY reccomend to all menstruators! <3

Almost just got a hysterectomy because I was tired of my periods ruining my life. Between period panties, tampons, and bleeding through two pads at a time and wearing diapers…yes diapers, this little magical cup just changed my LIFE. I know at first it feels funny to work and get used to all the finger work involved but I’m telling you this thing is a life changer. I feel free! Finally!!! I can’t believe how great it works, I will say I was worried the first few times using it since my period is heaviest days 1-3 and I keep checking the cup more than I should have and could have just left it alone but my period has traumatized me with the messes it’s left me before so I kept trying to empty the cup more than I needed to. But I love this thing and would recommend to anyone to buy it.

I had major knee surgery a few days ago and unfortunately got my period the day after. I am so thankful I got this product beforehand because it has allowed me to be mess free and much cleaner than I would be if I had to use a pad or tampon instead. I haven’t been able to shower since my surgery, and the disc has been instrumental in making me feel clean and as normal as possible. I especially love it because I have been able to wear it to sleep, which I would never do with a tampon. It takes a minute to get used to the process, but its definitely worth it in the end and I will continue using this until it wears out.
