Why you’ll love Flex Reusable Disc

Will it fit?

Flex Reusable Disc was designed to fit most vaginas. When you pinch the disc in half to insert, it’s about the same size as a tampon. It sits comfortably in the vaginal fornix—at the back of the vaginal canal, just beneath the cervix—and collects, rather than absorbs, your period.

    Yes! but

Great product! I switch to the disc because of all of the arsenic reports coming back from tampons, and i am very pleased with the results. i’m on my second cycle using it, and it is a learning curve to get it in correctly. but personally, it still works when it’s in wrong! You cannot feel it once it’s in at all and the best part is that it almost completely stops my cramps. The only true downside is that it can be very messy to remove and is best to just do in the shower

    Life Changing; Sex Changing

A friend suggested I try the disc as I have generally heavy periods (thanks childbirth/paragard), and I had the easiest period ever. Much less cramping, didn't need to remember to have extra tampons on hand and didn't have any leaks, like I would daily even with Super+ tampons. Before my next cycle, I bought a reusable disc and I will NEVER go back to tampons. I was skeptical that period sex would truly be mess free, especially considering a heavy flow, but it WORKS. We are.. quite vigorous, and active, and there wasn't even one spot of blood after. Tested and tried again (even on top!) and had complete success that time as well. This is such a great product. Neither of us is squeamish, but not having to both wash up after and break the basking spell is *chefs kiss*. Will continue to recommend to all of my friends with periods.

    Love love love

I first started using this about 3 yrs ago. I started with the disposable flex disc. First off I'm in my 40's and had never used anything but pads since I got my period at 9! I tried tampons and I just couldn't they were so uncomfortable to me. I was skeptical at first but so tired of wearing pads. 🙄 Let me tell you the flex disposable was a game changer. Very few leaks and minimal at that. I still wear a small panty liner at start of cycle. Now when I upgraded and got the reusable flex disc a yr later my experience was even better. The reusable just sits and snugs in so much better and definitely has a better seal. I almost never have a leak. I am a super cautious person so I still use a liner on day 1 and 2 but usually don't need it. I absolutely LOVE this product!!! ❤️

    Life changing

Ok first few times I tried using this, I def cried. I thought it was stuck/had to have my partner help me remove it. This was entirely a me thing, and I figured as much, so I kept trying. The “bear down” tip really helps the disc pop out from behind the pelvic bone, and I do this in the shower to avoid any messes. Still struggling to figure out how to get it to self empty when going to the bathroom, but I’ll figure it out eventually. Overall highly recommend this product - it’s a game changer. No more toxic tampons, and the mess-free period sex is an added bonus. It’s comfortable and easy, and SO much more affordable than tampons.
