Truly the most life changing period product for me. I grew up not allowed to use anything other than pads and I have really heavy periods and pcos. This is my 2nd period using the reusable disc and I’ve never been so happy. I had to travel for a work trip and knew my period would start, it did and I was prepared and had no trouble, no cramps. It really amazes me how the cramps have subsided. I’m not sure of the science on it but I know it’s working. I would have to call out of work occasionally due to cramps, this is amazing. Also, I will admit I panicked the first time trying to remove it but once I realized I could push (like you have to poo) and it will begin to slowly move down while having one leg raised in the shower with my finger inserted it would move down within reach and I could just pull it out. I’ve had no problems since! This is the best thing ever.
