i would always use tampons. never pads, they gave me rashes. but after a while of being completely annoyed by the process, $ (of both buying them and toilet paper to wrap them in to dispose of), and just the general health issues - this was crazy. i called my sister and told her she had to buy one, i think cups should be way more popular than they are!!! especially this one, my boyfriend bought me the wrong size (2 instead of 1) at walmart, and they reimbursed me with a size 1 free of charge! absolutely amazing company. i love flex so much !!!!!! ugh!!!!!

First of all I really need to say i have used tampons for over 20 years! A few years back I used the flex disposable disc's and they were great, however after having my 3rd baby my pelvic floor changed and it became difficult to use personally. But I bought both size cups this last month and girl, let me tell you I love it! Not 1 leak! It definitely was easy to use and clean and I'm 95% sure it relieved alot of my cramps this month! Its a wonderful product I 100% recommend! Let's be honest too were saving money ladies, finally a product that is safe and cost effective and comfortable 👍 😉 we're winning! I have made a couple recommendations of two new products to the company hopefully we will see them soon! Also flex im your biggest supporter 💪 I'd be interested in samples haha

I have had this exact menstrual cup for about 6 years now, and she is still going strong! I will never go back! I have had PCOS for over 10 years and after using tampons and pads for years and dealing with excruciating cramping and pain during periods I knew it was time for a change. Every since switching years ago I am beyond thankful for this product as it has helped ease my symptoms during my period! If you aren't sure about switching this is your sign to give it a try! I have been using this menstrual cup brand for two years, if not longer. It is the first brand I have found that has a comfortable stem that doesn’t poke any sensitive areas. It is also the easiest to insert and remove. Like with all menstrual cups, there is a learning curve (wear a pad with it until you get the hang of it), but I will never not sing its praises. It saves money, it saves waste, and I only have to empty it when I’m at home. Never had to worry in public. If I lost mine, I’d buy another in a heartbeat.
