HOW IT WORKS

PINCH
Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.
INSERT
Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.
WEAR
Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.
REMOVE
To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.
DISPOSE
Slip your hand inside a removal pouch like a glove prior to pulling out your disc as usual. The pouch flips inside out around the used disc, locking everything within. All the mess stays contained, keeping your skin, toilet seat, and the floor mess-free. Just seal up the pouch and toss it in the trash.

I’ve been using tampons for almost my entire life, and switched to these during my last cycle. And truly, the EASIEST period of my life. Minimal cramping, where tampons gave me severe, I had very little leakage, and didn’t have to worry about bringing tampons or pads with me. 10/10 will be using again!

I was skeptical at first. I’ve been eyeing these for the last year and decided to try them out in April. These are LIFE CHANGING. I now have a new relationship with my period and a different kind of appreciation for my body. I love how I’m able to sleep comfortably with these at night, run around during the day, and I don’t have to constantly worry about leaks. There were some adjustments in the beginning but after my 3rd cycle I have these down.

I have been using Flex Discs going on 2 years now. I will absolutely never go back to tampons. I have had to use them when I am in a bind or start my period without being prepared and have had to get one from a friend, and I get irrationally mad every time.
I have a system down with my discs when I need to change them, and overall I feel so much more sanitary then when using tampons. They also work great when I am on my period during jiu jitsu, I never feel like I have to check whether or not I am bleeding through any of my gear during training.
I recommend Flex to ALL of my girlfriends, they really are life changing.

When I stopped using standard period products and switched over to a mensal cup, and didn't like the fit or fell.
Desperately, I then tried the disc, it was like a light switch flipped in my head. No dry tampon pulls, no wet pad "diaper rashes", just clean insertion, keeping me well maintained throughout anything my day has in store, PLUS a clean removal , truly making my periods slightly less dreadful to look forward to
I recommend it to literally every women who will let me talk about it.

I wanted to personally thank you for your innovative approach to menstrual care! Your invention has truly changed lives and I personally thank you for transforming Gynecologic care in this country. My hope is that it will reach worldwide to women on all continents & your vision will translate internationally. I only wish this would’ve been available to me during my high school and collegiate years. I am now 52 and perimenopausal, but have enjoyed your products during my “transition” years.
