HOW IT WORKS

PINCH
Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.
INSERT
Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.
WEAR
Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.
REMOVE
To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.
DISPOSE
Pour the liquid into the toilet, and wrap the disc in toilet paper (or a Flex Eco Disposal Pouch) before tossing it in the trash.

Seriously-- I want to shout this from the rooftops, I want every menstruating woman I know to know just how much better these things make life!! Literally, life changing. I hate tampons-- they dry me out, they shift around, I HATE the string, the list goes on. I've tried other cups and have found them to be uncomfortable, equally as shifty as tampons, leaky, and messy to remove and reinsert. Not these babies!! SO easy to insert, easy (and NOT messy, how???!!!) to remove, and I don't know by what sorcery they are helping with my cramps but so far I'm on ZERO period-related medications (I'm usually 2-3 doses of ibuprofen/acetaminophen in by now!). THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Upgrading to the reusable disc and stashing disposable disks in my toiletry bag/gym bag/first aid kit/etc. immediately.

I never write reviews but I have to say this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. Since getting a copper IUD I’ve been desperate to find a period product that could handle the flow and lessen cramping. I could always feel the DivaCup, and tampons started to get too painful/uncomfortable so I decided to look into the Flex Disc. WOW. When they say you can’t feel a thing they are not lying!!! It’s easy to insert, lasts all day, and my cramping has gotten 90% better…seriously! I’m only disappointed I didn’t try this years ago. Definitely going to look into getting the reusable one next! Highly recommend.

I saw these at Walmart next to the tampons and while they looked scary, I thought I should try it because tampons make my cramps 100% worse. I tried it and it’s amazing. Easy to put in and take out, cramps are still there but much much less than they were, lasts 12 hours and I can’t even feel it. I’m sold. Bye bye tampons! Next step is purchasing the reusable one

I’m so glad I finally got over my hang up about trying these and gave it a go. Couldn’t be easier! No mess, no waste, and no problem! I felt like an expert from my second insertion.

bought these because they are supposed to allow mess free period sex and i can confirm it was mess free and he was hitting it hard. he also said he didn’t even feel it.
