HOW IT WORKS

A helpful guide to Flex Disc insertion, wear & removal.

PINCH

Flex Disc may look big but it’s actually smaller than a tampon when inserted. Start by washing your hands and pinch it in half.

INSERT

Use a clean finger to push the disc back and down toward the cervix, then tuck it up and behind the pubic bone.

WEAR

Once the disc is in place, you should be comfortable and unable to feel it. You can wear it safely for up to 12 hours.

REMOVE

To remove, hook a clean finger under the rim of the disc and pull straight out. Keep it parallel to the floor to avoid spillage.

DISPOSE

Pour the liquid into the toilet, and wrap the disc in toilet paper (or a Flex Eco Disposal Pouch) before tossing it in the trash.

    Devout Disk User

I have been using the Flex Disc for over 4 years now. Recently, I paused my subscription and had to use tampons in between. Never will I make this mistake again - once you get used to the disc, you realize how much more comfortable and convenient it is versus a tampon. The Flex Disc is a product I will always swear by!

I forget I even have my period.

I've always been a pad girl. I feel tampons when I insert them, but with this product I insert it and it lasts all day. Barely any leakage on my end, and I can't even feel it. One issue I do have is awkward cleanup for reusable flex discs, bit besides that I'm switching to these forever.

    Game Changer

I have been going back and forth for months on switching from pads and tampons to a menstrual disc or cup. When it came to restocking my supplies, I saw the flex disc at my local Walmart and said what the heck. Let me tell you, I wish I had discovered this sooner. It was easy to insert, especially after watching the how to informative video. I can’t feel it once it’s in place. The hand free emptying feature is definitely an experience but it’s nice to not have to worry about leaks.

My cycle has changed so much since having kids and it’s nice to not have to feel anything on my heaviest days. So glad I gave this a chance. They take up much less space in the cupboard and cost roughly the same as my usual monthly supplies.

I finally don't dread my period anymore

THIS product is the best!!!! Tampons would always leak within 1-2 hours, pads are uncomfortable and always moving, but this product has so many benefits, it's unreal. I finally don't have to wear a diaper when I'm sleeping! I am so happy this was advertised to me on social media because it caught my eye so quickly, and I will never return to tampons or pads. I can also work all day without having to take frequent bathroom breaks just to adjust my tampon or pad, or come to find out I had leaked AGAIN.

    Holy grail of period products

I use Flex Discs quite sparingly and only in times of necessity when I can’t use a pad like usual, but it is such a good product. I put all my friends onto it and they all agree. Also, Flex Discs are mosh-proof! I wore one to a hardcore concert and it passed the mosh test with flying colors. Buy this product girl, you deserve it.
