I've never tried anything other than tampons or pads due to horrifying stories from friends about other products such as cups. However, I decided to try out the reusable Flex Disc to avoid toxic "cotton" tampons and pads, save money, reduce cramps, and have sex. I am so pleased with my disc - it's easy to insert and clean afterwards. I don't have to worry about it for an entire 12 hours. I normally remove mine in the shower so that it reduces mess. I've been recommending it to all my friends!!

I tried having sex with it and my partner could immediately tell that I had it in - probably because I have a super narrow cervix. I'd honestly rather just not have sex during my cycle so it's fine with me.

I had a special weekend away with my husband when my period came early. I came across the flex disc when I googled period sex. I am so glad I decided to give it a shot. I showered and used a fresh disc and we decided to go for it. I never saw one drop and it was like not even being on my period. My husband said he couldn’t feel it either. I will never worry about my period ruining sex again. I used it during the day without any trouble. It was great not having to change out a tampon and felt so much cleaner. Using it at night was awesome because I didn’t have to sleep in an uncomfortable pad. I didn’t have any trouble putting it in like some have mentioned. However, I haven’t mastered taking it out without getting my hands messy. Removing it in the shower is an easy fix for that. I wish I had discovered these sooner. I will be buying the year supply to save some money. I highly recommend these to anyone!

The past couple months tampons started causing me a ton of itching and discomfort. I finally got desperate enough to try these despite being scared and a little weirded out by them. Not only will I never go back, but I also plan to buy the reusable disc, which I NEVER thought I would say. You truly can't tell these are in, and they work so much better than tampons. They are easier to put in than a tampon for me (I always used the tampons without applicators so it was a struggle getting it in the right place) and are so much more comfortable. I love that it's something I only have to think about right when I wake up and before I go to bed. Getting them out takes a little more effort than pulling a string, but I've had no issues. I never write reviews but I've been raving about these to all of my friends so I felt like I owed it to this product to share here too.
