I got the reusable disc, love love love !! Get it, you will absolutely be grateful that you did. It took me a few cycles to learn but now that I have learned how to use it there is no turning back. Once the disc is in you don’t feel it at all. I have less cramps, I can workout, I don’t have to worry about any irritation or dryness or discomfort for 12 hours! I’d say a tip is to be relaxed during the removal process, take a deep breath and it will become seamless process.

As a women with PCOS I am no stranger to heavy periods. With pads and tampons I was constantly worried about leakage, which happened often with those products, I saw these in store and decided to try them I will admit at first it was a little intimidating to use, but I am so glad I did. It is the most comfortable product I have every tried, unless I am changing it out I really do not even notice it is there. I also can say the only time it has leaked is when I did not push it back into place. I LOVE this product and have put most of my friends on it as well.

I was so hesitant to try anything more than a tampon at first. My friend raved about her silicone disc so I thought I’d give the reusable ones a try as my test run for discs. The first disc in I was SOLD. I’m not sure why but tampons always gave me the worst irritation and cramps, but a few hours into using my disc I had such a non-noticeable period! I couldn’t feel the disc, there was no leaks, and I have such peace of mind, knowing that I am not at risk for TSS using Flex’s products.
