Flex discs are seriously revolutionary! Once you try these, you'll immediately buy more to give to all your girlfriends and buy a reusable one for yourself! I tried this product out about a year ago and i remember the day like it was yesterday- it was life changing. I seriously thought it was going to be such a learning curve and take me days maybe even months to perfect the technique- Nope! So incredibly easy I was mind blown! It really does just hook behind your pelvic bone- so fascinating how the female body is structured! I mean you seriously cannot feel a thing! My first thoughts going into it was- how am I going to get it out? What if it gets stuck? I love this thing. I started using flex discs about two years ago looking for an alternative to pads and tampons (which scare me to death because of bad experiences). I picked up the flex discs and loved how comfy and easy to use they are. Also helps with cramping and I love that. Yes they’re a bit messy and that’s kinda gross but I will take it over TSS and cramps or accidents from filled up pads. I have a heavy flow for 2 out of the 7 days. I have been eyeing the reusable ones for a while and finally got one and I absolutely love it. I’m kind of scared it will rip because of how thin it is but we will see. I thought it would be hard to use but it slipped in just as easily as the disposable ones and it’s just as easy to take out. Most people overthink it. It’s not that hard to insert or take out if you follow the directions. It has less leakage than the disposable ones too. I’m so glad I invested in this. I love the freedom it gives me.

These genuinely make me feel like I’m not on my period. It maybe took me 2-3 cycles to get the hang of using them, but now that I’ve perfected it I will never go back to anything else. I always would leak in tampons despite never filling them up, I tried a cup but I couldn’t figure out how to get it in, and pads are just gross. But these literally fold smaller than a finger and all I have to do is push it in. They literally stay in for 12 hours and I have no leaks, no cramps, and allow me to go about my day like I’m not even on my period. These have changed my life and I recommend every menstruater tries them!!
