This is the only menstrual disc that works for me. I’ve tried others and I literally cannot get them out! Yesterday I tried a different one just for the heck of it and almost had to go to the ER because I could not get it out! It was a work of the Lord that I was able to get it out yesterday. I am never trying a different one again! This is the only one that is easy to remove. I have heavy periods, so I do have to make sure that I am auto dumping throughout the day and I try to take it out and wash it three times throughout the day if possible. Using discs is not the cleanest or easiest, but they are so much better than tampons! I hope that Flex never changes their reusable disc!

I was wanting to try a new period product, especially when the news came out that there is lead in pads and tampons, but was skeptical of this product amongst others. I saw the Flex Discs at Target and decided to give them a try. At first it was difficult and I almost gave up, but once I figured out how to properly use them they’ve been outstanding!! I then got the reusable disc and it’s even more comfortable than the non reusable ones!! I will literally never go back. It genuinely helps relieve some of my period cramps and is super clean - I barely have any leakage and almost forget I’m on my period when I have it in. It’s such a better alternative to pads and tampons and I recommend it to everyone!! Don’t give up when you first get it - once you figure it out it’ll be a life changer!
