Flex cup size 1 and 2
First of all I really need to say i have used tampons for over 20 years! A few years back I used the flex disposable disc's and they were great, however after having my 3rd baby my pelvic floor changed and it became difficult to use personally. But I bought both size cups this last month and girl, let me tell you I love it! Not 1 leak! It definitely was easy to use and clean and I'm 95% sure it relieved alot of my cramps this month! Its a wonderful product I 100% recommend! Let's be honest too were saving money ladies, finally a product that is safe and cost effective and comfortable 👍 😉 we're winning! I have made a couple recommendations of two new products to the company hopefully we will see them soon! Also flex im your biggest supporter 💪 I'd be interested in samples haha

Lasts about a year for me
I used 1 pump each time I cleaned the disc (every 12 hours). My periods are usually only 3-4 days, but 1 bottle lasted me a year.

This product has changed my life!
I have had this exact menstrual cup for about 6 years now, and she is still going strong! I will never go back! I have had PCOS for over 10 years and after using tampons and pads for years and dealing with excruciating cramping and pain during periods I knew it was time for a change. Every since switching years ago I am beyond thankful for this product as it has helped ease my symptoms during my period! If you aren't sure about switching this is your sign to give it a try! The menstrual cup that made me love menstrual cups
I have been using this menstrual cup brand for two years, if not longer. It is the first brand I have found that has a comfortable stem that doesn’t poke any sensitive areas. It is also the easiest to insert and remove. Like with all menstrual cups, there is a learning curve (wear a pad with it until you get the hang of it), but I will never not sing its praises. It saves money, it saves waste, and I only have to empty it when I’m at home. Never had to worry in public. If I lost mine, I’d buy another in a heartbeat.
