Ive had my period since 9 years old, Im typically a pad user after years of painful tampon usage. I recently booked a tropical vacation with my period due to start the same week. I brought all the things pads, tampons and I also bought a reusable Flex Disc just incase. Well tried the Flex Disc and COMPLETELY FORGOT I WAS EVEN ON MY PERIOD!!! my mind is blown I will never go back Im so freaking happy and kicking myself for not trying one sooner.

I was so hesitant to try anything more than a tampon at first. My friend raved about her silicone disc so I thought I’d give the reusable ones a try as my test run for discs. The first disc in I was SOLD. I’m not sure why but tampons always gave me the worst irritation and cramps, but a few hours into using my disc I had such a non-noticeable period! I couldn’t feel the disc, there was no leaks, and I have such peace of mind, knowing that I am not at risk for TSS using Flex’s products. As an athlete as well, this has worked wonders and so beyond more reliable for those intense workouts and long days of travel and competing. Truly, thank you Flex

With having PCOS, my periods can be horrible! I can't keep tampons in, my body pushes it out within an hour. So i usually resort to pads. They still feel like a diaper. And cramps can be strong! I have tried cups in the past, they are ok, but hard to try to get in. Plus I have still leaked. When I saw the disc's I was willing to try. I love how they stay in place! I can't feel it. I love that if it needs to release blood if I bare down while peeing. I wear a panty liner just in case, but 95% of the time, no bloody leaks. And my cramps are more bareable. Thank you Flex!

I could never go back to tampons after using this product for over a year. Honestly, I forget I’m on my period because of how comfortable this product is. It takes a couple tries to learn how to insert and position the disc properly but once I got that down, I’ve had no complaints. It’s scary to try new things but the transition from pads/tampons to the reusable disc is 100% worth it. I’ve saved myself from a lot of stress and $$$. Truly grateful for this product!!

I wasn’t sure I was going to love this transition from tampon to disc/cup but I am SOLD! These are a simple solution for someone with light to medium flow, like me. I have not experienced any cramping while using the disc. I usually would cramp the first 2-3 days of my cycle while using a tampon. These self-empty, as advertised. I take mine out and wash it while I shower and that has worked well for me. Great solution for us women! Thank you for this product.
