I had some of my ladies recommend trying a disc or a cup for my cycles, and with a retroverted cervix, pads have been the only solution for me all these years, until I got this disc. There's a bit of a learning curve but once you get it down this is life changing! I've been using it for 3 cycles now and im never going back to anything else! I highly recommend giving it a try and seeing if it works for you, especially if youre like me and have struggled for years with your cycles, managing your flow and overall experience.

I cant believe I didnt switch to this years ago. It's so much cleaner and comfortable. The first 2-3 uses it took getting used to and caused a bit of cramping but doesnt do that anymore and is honestly a lifesaver as someone who bleeds a lot.

I used 1 pump each time I cleaned the disc (every 12 hours). My periods are usually only 3-4 days, but 1 bottle lasted me a year.

I love the flex reusable disk! I bought one with the foaming cleanser a year ago and I only just ran out of the cleaner. The disc started to get discolored probably about 6 months in, but it still did the job and worked just fine! Just purchased another to get a clean start, but I definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about about trying it!
