As someone who has tried multiple cups, has extremely heavy flow and childbirth, I felt I had to leave a review here. I bought it because I lost my previous cup and it was the only one shelf. Turned out to be the best purchase I could have made! I was unconvinced about the pull until I tried it! I've never been able to pull one out without a mess all over my hands but the pull works! If you get good at it you can empty it easily without a drop spilled or dropping it. Previously I had to pop the suction using a finger and it was always messy. The pulls on other ones are difficult and require pinching them. This is one finger, pull, empty all in one go. I also always have to cut the pulls on other ones because of a low cervix and they stick out but this one you can adjust how long you leave pull quite a bit. It also completely pops out for cleaning. I haven't had any leaks and it's very comfortable. It has the right amount of flex and rigidity. Super happy with it. It also came with two disposable discs to try. I may buy a disc for those days before or after full menstrual flow where you just get a few drops. If I lose this one I will definitely buy the same one again! Thank you so much! Not buying pads and tampons all the time is a game changer.

...and yet this is a five star review. I like this product so much that I came back for a second round replacement after my first hit its life span, in spite of that design flaw. I've used a bunch of cups and this is the easiest to use while still being completely comfortable. My problem with the black color is that it makes it SO hard to clean effectively, you just can't see if it's all the way clean very well, let alone check on the status of things during removal to track where your cycle is. I have to turn on my brightest light and still squint to make sure I get it clean. All the lighter colored ones I've used simply do not have this issue. So I hope that if someone at Flow sees this review, they take it as the huge compliment I mean it as, but also maybe consider an untinted or pale colored alt color release.

I will never turn back after using FlexCup. I tried 6 other cups before finding FlexCup size 2 & it's been 7 years of less stress, mess, & pain. It has made my life so much better, truly.

I got a tubal ligation 7 years ago after 4 sons. Prior to the procedure, I had light, 3 day long cycles, but after, I was in hell... 8-14 day cycles that had me bleeding through tampons & pads every hour. Let's not even mention the cramps. I'd rather have another kid, my goodness. I was hopeless & scared, but FlexCup saved the day & many days after that.
