On-the-go Period Kit

I have been using Flex Discs going on 2 years now. I will absolutely never go back to tampons. I have had to use them when I am in a bind or start my period without being prepared and have had to get one from a friend, and I get irrationally mad every time.

I have a system down with my discs when I need to change them, and overall I feel so much more sanitary then when using tampons. They also work great when I am on my period during jiu jitsu, I never feel like I have to check whether or not I am bleeding through any of my gear during training.

I recommend Flex to ALL of my girlfriends, they really are life changing.

I tried out the Flex reusable discs and loved it. I had never inserted a tampon, but I found the discs very easy to use even though I'd only used pads. After using about three of the disposable discs, I invested in the reusable disc. The reusable disc is a bit bigger than the disposable ones. But I found it's just as easy to insert and remove.

No leaking! I can pee and poop with it in and it doesn't budge. It says on the box that it can help with cramps. I'll be honest I haven't experienced it relieving any cramping pain. When you're changing it out, it is best to rinse it out in the sink, it can be VERY messy when you're emptying it during your heavy flow days. You can't feel it when it's in. I feel great about using this product as a woman because I know it was made by women. 10/10 recommend.

When I stopped using standard period products and switched over to a mensal cup, and didn't like the fit or fell.

Desperately, I then tried the disc, it was like a light switch flipped in my head. No dry tampon pulls, no wet pad "diaper rashes", just clean insertion, keeping me well maintained throughout anything my day has in store, PLUS a clean removal , truly making my periods slightly less dreadful to look forward to

I recommend it to literally every women who will let me talk about it.

I decided to try the flex disc after seeing it on social media multiple times. I was a o.b tampon girl forever so I wasn’t concerned about being up close and personal with my body. The first time I used the flex disc, it was a little bit uncomfortable putting it in/taking it out just because I was new at it. Once it was in though, it’s like nothing! You can’t feel it and you happily forget about it for much longer than a tampon and I never get that uncomfortable pressure feeling like when a tampon was ready to be changed (seemed like every hour sometimes). Anyway, I’ve had it for about 2 years now and I will NEVER go back. My cramping is better and the whole experience is just easier. I truly have never been happier with a purchase before!! Every time I use this I’m grateful I found this company 🙏
