I purchased this about three months ago, but I wanted to use it a few times before sharing my opinion. This is my first time ever using something like this—I had only ever used tampons before, and even then, I used them very rarely because I never found them comfortable.
I can now confidently say that the Flex Reusable Disc has had such a positive impact on my life. I used to get really bad cramps, and I’m not sure if it’s the placebo effect or not, but since I started using this, I’ve noticed a huge decrease in the pain I experience.
I’m not gonna lie—it was definitely scary at first when I was practicing how to insert and remove it. What I found most helpful was learning that instead of hooking my finger under it when removing, I actually have to hook my finger over it. I also find it much more comfortable to remove while sitting on the toilet rather than doing it in the shower.
At night, I like to pair wearing the Flex Disc with period underwear from The Period Company. There have been a couple of instances where it’s leaked a little, but I’m still getting used to it, so it could totally be user error. Honestly, I don’t even mind, because I wear the period underwear as backup just in case.
I would highly recommend this, and I’m so glad I decided to give it a try.

Ordered the flex disc about two months ago decided to give it a try this month & I’m so glad I made the switch from pads/tampons . Inserting and removing was so easy after a few times . Removing in the shower I really recommend its mess free . Buy ladies you won’t regret

I have tried so many period products and nothing works and always leeks. This is the ones!!! Comfortable all day long , no leeks at night. Only thing though it’s stain really quick. Other than that I love the product. I highly recommend it.

I wanted to find a new period product so I gave the flex disc a try and I love it!! I will say there is a bit of a learning curve but after a few times of use it's the best thing ever. I love how long lasting and hassle free it is. I've also told all of my friends about it and now they love it just as much as I do!!!!

I have painful, heavy periods; the flex reusable disc has completely changed how I experience them. I do have to pair it with a pad to mitigate leaks, but to be able to avoid the discomfort of a heavy flow without making my cramps worse is wonderful. I'm also less prone to leaks than I ever was wearing tampons. The self-emptying option is a life saver! I finally purchased a reusable disc after years of using the disposable ones and insertion/removal is much more comfortable. If you're considering a reusable disc, I highly recommend one.
