- SSydney2 weeks agoRated 4 out of 5 starsLove it! Just wish there were some size options
They work great and I usually forget it’s there. However I really wish there were different sizes. I’m a small gal and I often find that when sitting the disk slides out of place and leaks. Overall a great product and one I would highly recommend!

I have used it for 4 cycles now. I can’t sleep in it because the suction becomes so strong that I literally cannot remove it on my own. But, during the day I love it. It doesn’t leak, no smell, cannot feel it at all. I really like this product and plan on continuing to use it! I pair it with period underwear during the day and can literally wear it my entire 14 hour shift and there will be no leakage. I do empty it throughout the day as instructed (bearing down as if to have a BM). It did take me a few tries to really figure out how to empty it, but once you get the hang of it, it’s so much better than a tampon! Plus it’s reusable.

As someone how has heavy flow this product has been a game changer. I have fewer leaks, it does take a couple of times to get the placement right at first. I recommend to this to every women I know!

Tried this disc through my journey of trying to be more cautious about the materials I use on my body / in my body. This thing is great for every reason. I gave my friend my disposable discs they gift you with the purchase & turned her on to flex. She loves it too. I will say, take the time to wash and clean the disc properly. With soap you’d use down there & maybe alcohol spray afterward? (Flex please give a cleaning tutorial at some point <3 ) I live in California with hard water and I think not drying it properly before inserting it caused some irritation. Other than that, this thing makes periods so easy and mindless which is something we’ve always deserved.

I have been a menstrual cup user for years. Mostly because it’s more cost-effective. I dealt with shoving it up into my vaginal canal all folded up and crossing my fingers it would open up on its own. Sometimes it would, sometimes it wouldn’t. When it wouldn’t, I would leak onto my underwear and pants and have to deal with the mess at work. Or I would have to shove my hand up there and circle around the cup to try and get it to open up. Talk about annoying. It also was uncomfortable and I felt like it made it harder for me to have a bowel movement. Maybe that is my own anatomical issue, but it wasn’t always reliable and certainly never enjoyable. I thought I would give the flex disc a try and it ROCKS. I can’t feel it at all, and have had no issues with it leaking so far. It’s so much easier to put in. I don’t have to worry about it opening up or suctioning. It just does its thing. The self emptying is also awesome because I don’t have to touch anything or take it out to empty it if I’m having a heavy period day—unlike the menstrual cup. I tried the single-use discs, but just bought a reusable one for my next period and am so excited to have something that’s finally reliable and cost-effective!
