Flex reusable disc was a total game changer. I’ve only ever used tampons and pads before this and started experiencing extreme pain and cramps with tampons. However, I hate the smell and feel of pads, and I was scared a cup would feel similar to a tampon. I’m sooo grateful I decided to use a disc. My cramps are so much lower now, and I use way less pain meds. I genuinely can’t feel the disc. I expected a steep learning curve but I only had one leak within the first few three periods. I do have to adjust it every time I use the bathroom, which can get messy if it’s a public restroom or somewhere that doesn’t have a sink nearby. But overall so so worth it. Idk why I didn’t switch sooner. Thank you!!

This has been the cleanest, easiest period I’ve ever experienced and you have ruined me for tampons. Typically, I go through an ultra tampon almost every hour the first two days and always bleed through overnight… always. Every time I went to the bathroom I was SHOCKED to not even see a drop of blood. Also, whatever witchcraft allows the blood to empty when you pee is absolute magic. My only grievance is that, for me, it is really difficult to get out. I was scared I was going to have to seek dramatic measures because there’s nothing to grab or grip onto and I was having an extremely hard time. Over the course of my period, I think I’m now able to get it out in less than 30 minutes which is a huge win haha. It has definitely taken some practice but I’m determined to keep figuring it out because the pros are SO worth it. (For my fellow nail girlies- I had pretty long almond shaped nails and midway through chopped them off to see if that helped in getting it out and I don’t think it mattered in the end). Regardless, I will be continuing to use the disc and am so grateful for a healthier, simpler alternative.

I’ve used this reusable disc for a few months now and I usually forget I’m even wearing something! On a medium/light day I can wear this to a CrossFit workout and trust that nothing will move around. I also noticed that fewer tampons means fewer cramps. Thank you for this product!

I recently bought these at Walmart. I will say, they are nice, however, I think that you guys should make different sizes for the standard flex discs that you guys make along with using a softer material for the rim. I've noticed that I get cramping from how stiff the material is. Otherwise, it's a great concept.

Why didn’t I find these sooner!?!? That’s what I thought when I tried for the first time.
Very skeptical and kinda scared but I am so happy that I did it!!
I tried on the first day of my period, it was on my dayoff. It was very easy to insert and once it’s in, really don’t feel anything at all. I had no problem to remove too. And it empties itself when you use the bathroom. It was a WOW experience.
I work in the kitchen so sometimes it’s very hard to find the time to use the restroom. On my day 2 at work, I couldn’t go pee for like 5hrs. But there’s no leak or anything. I use small pads just in case for spotting after it empties out, and yeah, small pads or liners are necessary for that reason.
And I have endometriosis and ovarian cysts so usually my cramping is really bad. However, it is way better when I use this disc compare to pads and tampons.
There’s no way that I go back to pads and tampons.
I would definitely recommend for every single woman seeing this and wondering how it is. Give a try!! Would not regret!!
