I’ve tried a few different cups and this one takes the cake. It’s the easiest to use and very comfortable.

This is, without a doubt, the best purchase I've made for my period. You don't get that uncomfortable and painful dryness that you experience with a tampon. I don't even feel my Flex Cup once it's in, and changing it every 12 hours is such a great convenience. I'd always stress about changing my tampon on time, for fear of TSS, but with the Flex Cup, I don't have to worry about it! I also save so much money not having to buy tampons or pads every month, because this cup is reusable. It's saving the planet and my wallet! I genuinely don't feel like I'm on my period when I'm using the Flex Cup, and no longer dread starting. Best purchase ever.

I saw this site and wanted to try the flex disk, but didn’t feel like I was quite ready to try that when tampons were the only thing I had used before. So I decided to try the flex cup, I really liked the idea of it being body safe, reusable, and able to stay in for 12 hours. The first time using it is just a bit of a learning curve, but I can’t tell you how much I love this product! I feel so confident not worrying about any chemicals in the product that I’m using, along with the fact that I can leave it in the whole day, and then after a quick clean, wear it to sleep! Sleeping is so much more comfortable with this when you have your period. The flex cup has totally changed how having my periods goes! Some days I even forget that I have it, and I feel like it even reduces cramping. I am constantly telling my friends about this because I love that there is less waste, and I’m not worried about toxic shock or harsh chemicals. If you’re thinking of trying this, I would say do yourself a favor and do it! After a quick learning curve, you will be so glad you did, and not to mention you’ll save lots of money on products like tampons and pads. The support team is also super great if you have any questions or have any issues. Seriously, this has been such a game changer for me that I wanted to come back months after my purchase to write a review.

Frequently Asked Questions
With proper care, Flex Cup can last for years—so it’s better for your wallet and the planet. Most long-term cup users choose to replace their cup every two to three years, but it all depends on how well you clean and maintain your cup. Refer to our Flex Cup Cleaning Instructions to learn how to care for your silicone period cup and extend its lifespan.
If your cup is showing any signs of deterioration, such as powder or film on the cup, severe discoloration, persistent odor, etc.—that means it is time to replace.
As a reminder, do not use Flex Cup if you have a yeast or bacterial infection. Resume use only once the infection has completely cleared. If Flex Cup was inserted during a yeast or bacterial infection, remove it immediately and dispose of it in the trash.

We know you've probably been searching the internet for days to find the perfect menstrual cup and you're probably thinking, what's the difference? They're all pretty much the same, right? Not this cup!
Flex Cup can be safely worn for up to 12 hours. It's hypoallergenic and made with medical-grade silicone—but what makes it truly stand out is its super-soft, adjustable pull-tab. The pull-tab threads through a small hole at the base of the cup and attaches to the inner rim (at the top). When you pull down on the pull-tab, it collapses the side of the cup inwards, breaking the suction seal for you.
Wait, don’t other cups have a stem or “pull-tab,” too? Sure—but those stems are nothing more than a guide to help you find the base of your cup. If you tried to pull down on a traditional cup’s stem without first breaking the seal, you could put your vagina and cervix at risk for suction-related injury or discomfort.
Imagine trying to get a suction cup off your shower wall by pulling straight back: probably not gonna work, right? You have to get up under that suction cup by peeling one side away from the wall. Same idea with a menstrual cup! Typically, you have to manually grip the base of your cup with a finger and thumb in order to break the seal before you pull it out.
With Flex Cup, you can skip that step and use the pull-tab the same way you’d use a tampon string. This design makes Flex Cup beginner-friendly, more accessible for those with disabilities, and perfect for IUD users.

Many of our customers with heavy periods swear by Flex products. Flex Cup is a great option for users with heavy flows. Size 01 holds the equivalent of 2 super tampons, while Size 02 holds 3 super tampons-worth of period blood. Plus, the cup's adjustable pull-tab makes it easy to remove, empty mid-wear, and reinsert on the heaviest of days.

If you’re a first-time cup user, we recommend starting with the Flex Cup Size 01. If you’re a seasoned period cup pro, or if you’ve given birth vaginally 2+ times, we recommend Flex Cup Size 02. For most people, either size will work. It really comes down to choosing the best fit for your comfort.
Here’s a breakdown of each cup’s dimensions:
SIZE 01 | SIZE 02 |
Capacity of 2 super tampons (22mL) | Capacity of 3 super tampons (30mL) |
For first-time menstrual cup users and pros with light or heavy flows | For experienced menstrual cup users who prefer a larger size and those who've had 2+ vaginal births |
