    Absolute Game Changer

I first tried them 2023. I used Cups before but wanted to try Discs for the longest. I hate Tampons and Pads. Flex was a Game Changer for me. Currently we are in Germany and I even have them shipped here since they are not available on Base or in any local Drugstore. So worth it. My Period was usually super heavy and long. Now since using the Discs and Period Panties my Flow isn’t as heavy and long anymore. It took some Practice to get them sit comfortably but once you figure it out it’s smooth sailing.

Every period go to (for myself at least.)

Okay, so when I first discovered these I wasn't sure. I did so much research lol. The first time it hurt, not terribly just like a stretch typa hurt. But it was only the first 3 times (I genuinely think I was doing something wrong lol) but after figuring out what the easiest way to use for me was it's been smooth sailing. I have the reusable disks as well. I have heavy periods and generally I don't have to wear a liner while wearing the flex disk (sometimes leaks occur but like I said I am a heavy bleeder).

I could keep going about how this is an amazing product. Highly recommend. Super convenient and clean.

    10/10 recommend ✨

I bought the flex menstrual cup a little while ago and have found it to be somewhat uncomfortable.

But, 2 of these came in the box with the cup and I decided to try it & I will not be going back to the cup or tampons.

No leaking, easy to insert, self emptying, no messy period sex, etc….

    BUY IT :)

    ❤️ ❤️❤️them!!!

i love the fact that i can insert one in the morning before work and im good for the rest of the day until the end of the work day (10 hrs) come home and take it out. i love the no digging/feeling around for a string, changing a tampon every 2-3 hrs, and i dont have to pack anything in my purse. i love that it self empties. i did have some trouble in the beginning (leakage) but the ladies, who helped me, in customer service gave me some really great tips and the second month was successful.

Frequently Asked Questions

All Flex menstrual discs, including Flex Disc, Flex Plant+ Disc, and Flex Reusable Disc, can be safely worn for a maximum of 12 hours.

Flex Disc and Flex Plant+ Disc are single-use products and cannot be washed and reworn. After 12 hours, dispose of your Flex Disc or Plant+ Disc and insert a new one.

Flex Reusable Disc, on the other hand, is meant to be washed and re-worn. Make sure to empty and clean your Reusable Disc at least every 12 hours (using warm water and a mild soap or cleanser) before reinserting.

Menstrual discs, including all Flex products, are regulated by the FDA. They are approved for a maximum of 12 hours of continuous wear. Please use as directed.

The majority of Flex Disc users have heavy flows! We’ve heard from tons of customers with especially heavy periods who swear by Flex Disc, thanks to its higher capacity and 12-hour (read: all day) wear. The disc can hold up to 60 mL of fluid. That’s as much as 5+ super tampons!

Worried about leaks? Don’t stress. When inserted correctly, Flex Disc shouldn’t leak. You can even extend your wear time on your heaviest days by taking advantage of the disc’s hands-free emptying feature: Just bear down gently with your pelvic floor muscles when using the bathroom. This will shift the position of the disc so that it allows a little fluid out into the toilet. When done, simply use a clean finger to tuck your disc back into place behind your pubic bone.

Have Qs? Feel free to reach out to our Flexperts: Call 800-931-0882 or email help@flexfits.com.

First, wash your hands. Find a position to insert your disc: Some sit over the toilet, some stand with a leg elevated, some insert in a full squat. Play around until you find a position that works best for you!

Pinch the disc in half and begin inserting it into the vaginal canal, making sure you are pushing the edge that goes in first down and back towards your tailbone so that it sits at an angle and fully covers the cervix. Down and back is key! Then, tuck the front rim above and behind your pubic bone. Make sure it's pushed past the pubic bone as far as it can go.

You shouldn't be able to feel the disc. If you can still feel the disc internally, meaning with your vagina, just take it out and try it again. When you’re first starting out, know that it’s normal for it to take a few tries before you’ve mastered insertion! Learn more here.
