flex discs have saved me so much hassle and stress by allowing me to wear whatever i want without worrying about a bulky pad or the uncomfortable string of a tampon. they are so comfortable and i’m literally never afraid of a leak which is so so nice. they have a bit of a learning curve, but to me are much easier to insert than menstrual cups i’ve tried, as well as tampons-idk if i’ve ever put a tampon i correctly tbh. i tell all my friends and family about flex discs now because they’ve actually changed my life. even besides all of that, the reusable disc has saved me so much money even though i’ve only had it for 3 months it’s already paid for itself

I'm a year into using the flex reusable disc and I'm convinced it's the future. I haven't spent a dime on tampons or pads since switching.

All of the claims, the emptying when you pee, able to be worn for mess-free sex, all of it is TRUE. It does take a few cycles to get comfortable with and it is freaky at first, but stick with it and you'll never go back. It's like shutting your period off with no fear of suction or TSS or toxins or disrupting your hormones. I am a flex evangelist.

I’ve been using my reusable flex disc for about a year now. I only have one, and I do a hydrogen peroxide soak every so often to remove any stubborn stains. I LOVE it. It took a bit for me to get fully comfortable with the insertion/removal (if you’re not used to getting all up in there, you’ll maybe struggle with this as well), but it’s definitely just a mental thing and nothing to do with the product itself. Pro tip: clean/empty with cold water, as warm water can settle in the staining. This has been a game changer, as I’ve already saved so much money not buying tampons.

I get there are some people that like pads, but I personally cannot do the gush feeling, I’m way too heavy for tampons (and when I say too heavy I mean I had to change my super plush tampon every 3 hours… and even then when I took it out, half of it was still dry). With a disc, you legit don’t have to worry about the absorption factor. I have very mucus-y periods and tampons just don’t work for me. These are GREAT because half of the time if it’s almost full, it comes out when I pee. I could go on and on and this is probably tmi but I just love these so so much.
