I have a very heavy period for a couple of days and even though I have to empty my disc every few hours, it works great and makes having such a heavy period so much easier.

I love this disc; it's my favorite of all I've tried. I used to use cups, but post-baby, they don't fit as well. Discs are the perfect solution! It lasts all day and self empties when I use the bathroom. My only issue with this one is the color: sort of opaque white. It stains and looks pretty grimy even with daily cleaning and monthly boiling.
