With proper care, Flex Cup can last for years—so it’s better for your wallet and the planet. Most long-term cup users choose to replace their cup every two to three years, but it all depends on how well you clean and maintain your cup. Refer to our Flex Cup Cleaning Instructions to learn how to care for your silicone period cup and extend its lifespan.
If your cup is showing any signs of deterioration, such as powder or film on the cup, severe discoloration, persistent odor, etc.—that means it is time to replace.
As a reminder, do not use Flex Cup if you have a yeast or bacterial infection. Resume use only once the infection has completely cleared. If Flex Cup was inserted during a yeast or bacterial infection, remove it immediately and dispose of it in the trash.
